Yes, It's the same everywhere, none of your calls or mails get replied on weekends, can't be helped.
Secondly, If he cannot/doesnot provide the necessary info you need to get his problem fixed. Then IMHO, you should ignore him completely. The problem lies within him, not the system, not the company and certainly not the staff.
If he can't 'Comprehend' or 'Understand' what it is asked and what he need to do respectively, then he should just be ignored. That's what'd I'd do, because there are plenty of these types out there and this is the best possible way to handle them.
But if he miraculously understands and sends you the necessary details then you ought to help him, well let's just hope he does ;) |
