Yes Shunsui and kiuske r similar its hard to tell who is the  better one  among them.
both of them has to yet reveal their bankai. and both r wise, calm and versatile
for me the first fav one is shunsui and kiuske the next
katen kyokotsu and benehime both r cool...though i think katen kyokotsu is more mysterious
shunsui reminds me of jiraiyia who is one of my all time favouites

they have kept kyoraku as one of the most not very useful chars in the game. he could ve been used better in the game where as kiuske is kept as one of the best char in the game

Out of the two, i guess benihime (crimson princess) has more mystery. At least we have seen katen kyokotsu's materialization in the alternate tale arc.

we have not seen benihime's  materilisation, that is true but we have seen its attacks and it is a kidotype equally good for def and attack. and from what we have seen her attacks seem somewhat direct
kisuske is  more mysterious than benehime if u ask me  lol
katen kyokotsu on the other hand always likes games and in her domain every one has to play by her rules. his zanpakutos abilties r not like other zanpakutos and it is unpredictable ,we know her abilites because shunsui explained it
and i dont think that release command was kept so long for nothing.
we all have our on reasons to belive something...how typical
i guess we wont be able to tell much without seeing the bankai of both

Katen kyokotsu likes games cuz shunsui likes them. He is the casanova of gotei 13, that's what yamaji first spoke about him when he had to face him and ukitake after them destroying the sokyoku.

Now, as far as urahara is concerned, we know nothing much about him, except his top notch intellect and his "forever in friend zone" relation with yoruichi, which makes it a lot harder to predict what benihime can do and can't do. Urahara is mysterious, thus his zanpakuto is too.

And of course, we have to wait and see. But doesn't mean we can't discuss things for the time being

Well, Katen Kyokotsu's games can kinda backfire on the user considering that the rules apply to both the friend and enemy.
Like with his fight with Stark. The part were he said he was about to use his Bankai I was like then Jushiro came in and told him not do it then I was

Well possibly jushiro intervened cuz in bankai mode, everyone will be playing games. And well, apocalypse looming over their heads kinda situation, calls for something other than games.
