Lol you need to spend that gold... If I understand the description of that event properly and it works like that you get 1 point when you draw in that lottery. Meaning you need to spend that gold you top up in there to have enough points to buy those partners...It is on the same basis like that event when you can draw freely every hour or so, getting points and buying partners or whatever for them.

yes. you HAVE to top up 160k gold to get mugetsu. gold is not spendable on that event
