Yeah, that's the screen I had.  I typed in my in game name and the correct server, but it didn't work.  It's possible that when I did it the system wasn't 100% working yet. I'll try again in a bit.

I just tried again, still can't find my character it seems.  It says  "Invalid Top-up info"

Did you try your acc name?

I tried my login user name and my character name on the server...   neither works

I used my IGM, the name of my character not my account name.

Just remember there is a processing fee of almost a dollar for using the site.

I have the same problem when topping up it doesn't register my in game name

It's bugged it doesn't register all in-game names. I tried random names from my server, some it registered some it didn't there is an in-game bug aswell where you try to manually pm others but can't because doesn't accept the name you type in.

try spacebar, alot of generated names have a spacebar before their names.
edit: nvm doen't work. but it should work if you want to pm someone ingame.
