for the mod souls you can have follow all partners. The mod souls you create with fragments from daily tasks.

You used to be able reset the lower level ones, to transfer that exp to the higher level ones you would get, through the reset and inherit options. Now those options have been removed, and in there place an item has been added to the shop where you buy spirit stones.

So GoGames removed a free option from the game and replaced it with a paid option.
