Game not Loading how it was yesterday. Can not enter game

Hello for almost a week now I have been loading into the game and playing for hours each day. His morning for some reason I log in and pick my server and the black window pops up with Kon and the load bar. Most times it does not even get past this point. Some times it will very slowly load and go to the screen with the three girls but never finish loading that bar. I have been trying to deal with this issue for three hours now.

I have tried two computers and a ipad to log in. My Ipad was able to log in once but was d/ced about 3mins later. The other two computers were never able to make it. I have changed from my house internet to using my phone and still am having this issue. Please help me out as today is the last day of the new server events and I was at the top of these events by only a little bit and do not want to lose first place in them because of the game not working how it has been for past few days.

I have tried clearing my cache and cookies, I have looked and my Java and flash are both up to date. I have tried using firefox, IE, and Chrome. I have restarted my computer. I then tried restarting my modem and router. I even called my ISP and they said my connection was fine but they even reset my modem from there end also.

I play another flash game just like this one and it is working fine. No problems loading it. Also no problems with my internet as I can browse around just find and download at normal speed so it is not my internet or router.

If there is some type of port I should be opening on my router then I can do that also as that can be the only thing left on my part.

As you can see I have done all the normal things you could have asked and still I am having this problem.

Please get back to me ASAP before I get screwed out of the event rewards I worked hard to earn.

yare since a couple of houres game loads just slow or not at all, alrdy missed few events and stuff. Pls do your best to fix this fast- thx

not sure but for some reason I am able to log in using my phone tethered to my computer it is still a lot slower but at least it letting me log in now. Not sure what is going on as I already called my ISP and they said my connection was fine.
