hey peoples...i need help

so i have 280 Nel fragments...then i realized i wasn't gonna use her so i stopped getting them

should i go ahead and get the remaining 20 fragements and 200 reishi so i can get her (already have 100) and get 4 free lvl 6 stones?

basically what i'm asking is should i use 300 reishi for 4 lvl 6's...i'm not sure what's more valuable to me
