When his Reiatsu was 100 and mine was 98 I could but recently he upgraded his Reiatsu to level 102 ...

maybe you are the bigmack guy, that shows sometimes ^^

basically my csb is now most of the people who merged with my server which seems unfair cause im already rank 1 on my server lol.
