You should see Gin as an upgraded super Urahara on roids with a guaranteed T1 to your entire team because of his speed.. Apart from that he also does damage to everyone and can stun even though that chance is low.

Him being better depends on your formation and your opponents formation. However if you have a Shinigami Urahara against you, your Gin might become useless after the first round.

Shinigami Urahara is who I am trying to counter. If not for him I would have as much trouble as I do.
I have an ulti 100 accessory set so his control chance can go up pretty high.

Im trying to figure out if getting Shinigami Urahara now would be better then waiting for Gin, just to find out gin wont help.

As you know I have Sexy Yoruichi and Cute Orihime so the extra fury from Gin would not be needed.

Well.. the only way to counter him is to be faster (aizen/urahara/main with 10th skill) or to tank him and let your assaulters do the work. Not sure what else to say really..
