Is mugetsu as good as w.ichigo for pve atm ?

Well if you have Drukia and Inoue and have them skill twice every turn.. I can't imagine what would happen with the damage buffs they give haha

shini yoruichi or hyroinmaru the strongest ice type zanpakuto they can be in treasure map and reio guardian so they are my best bet. Is my gold enough?

shinso gin, dark rukia/cute orihime + mugetsu, white ichigo + main.. sounds nasty as fk even tho i think isshin will benefit a lot more then mugetsu in events

If you want Hyorinmaru for a good deal I suggest you get him in treasure map, you have to be patient though.
For example you can use the free daily rolls and use gold rolls to get the stones. You might have to wait a few days but the more patient you have the cheaper it will be, also it depends on your luck.
