Well. In her bankai she cannot move so I figured Vanguard. And another reason is that there is only one version of her in the game.

hmm i dont have ny problems of her being a vangaurd.  
this stance will look cool on a vangaurd

does tavern partners have only 5 mods?... and she seems a bit op for tavern partner.. may be ok for red souls (if thats ever gonna happen)

uhh i personally don't really like soifon, so no (would be better if it's someone else, since 2nd div is the least favorite for me)
but that mod is good enough to be event partner's
