it still levels up its just u cant see at what level until after its done nor can u see how far its gone into that lvl.

Idem The five of mines are blocked lv59, cannot upgrat (I have all the fragment and silver needed) and cannot inherite anymore because the barre is inexistant now

okay long story short
the xp bar is just a visual bug and yes the xp got buffed up by "alot"

This is like a wargaming WoT style of balancing... Making a crap out of something a "balance" it by making it even more crap
Seriously even before this shinji took ridiculous time to lvl up and I have the access to the ultimate because I am vip6+.. Cant imagine how long f2p players take to lvl him up...

US server 24 mine is at 75 the other 4 at 64 but its been like that for over week now and there are others like that in the server, They need to fix what they broke. And comp us for the lost time

They will level up, it just takes time.  4 of my 5 have leveled at least once since this bug.

they lvl its just slow and some of you seem to not realize when they need upgrades either check and see if there ready for that aswell lvl 80 is one lvl where they upgrade

This has been a problem on my server too ( US 15) for at least a week now.  All of my Shinji mod souls do not seem to lvl up, however my new mizu mod soul pets do lvl up just fine.

This is a problem only effecting my shinji mod soul pets, the new mod soul pets level up just fine for me.
