I still didnt get any rewards, and its 6 hours after event ended, can some admin or GM help us finally?!

My place 45 on EU S8 still dont get reward. Why support centre still dont write nothing about this. In event was write the event reward will be send after event end many players login after mdnight and nothin. Now 9hours after event ends still nothing.

I encountered the same problem, and of course I checked the mail, where it was supposed  to be sent, and the bag: nothing at all.
