not worth bying it. He was reward at joint event if you just top up 300usd, so you generally lose 10 ...

joint tasks require you to top up and spend in oreder to get the partner, not just top up

isshin dropped by bp by about 10k, but increased my pve damage by 5-7 million and made anyone i was having trouble with in csb a cake walk.  so pretty much, if you have the money, do it.  he's a monster for the price.

How would isshin work with a T1 team? A T1 consisting of kisuke, which gives T1 to gin and asaulters, except vanguard.

with isshin u can only make him t1 in the assaulter line and make sure isshin hits first then u dont need any fury stones on other assaulters.

For anyone who is still unsure I can certainly recommend him. At first I wasnt sure if his combo will be able to beat much stronger sexy yoruichi with her fury buffing but in the end it was the case.
I tried him today and my dmg increased by 8-10 mil. Isshin has no mod or evo and got my worst equipment and still additional rounds were able to beat 11 lvl higher sexy yoruichi (isshin 110, yoruichi 121), modded and with better evo and equipment + she buffs support dmg.
