Hi I need help i login in facebook bleach and ever load another character that is not the correct i spent money for tune up and i want back mi character

Is it different password or other people's acc in facebook u accidently log in?
In tis moment i am using a other pc and other ip i get back mi character all is fine now... but that was a bug when i choise other server i can use the character of other peopple a diferent charactor for the other 27 servers with diferent names lvls etc that was a strange bug i am vip 2 and like to be vip4 i dont like lose mi character for a bug .... sorry for faults and errors in writing, iam a spanish speaker from Ecuador.
