shinigami's power instance in Soul Socitity i think, but truthfully I'm level 134 and it's been a while so I'm not even sure what level the shadowkill equipment is (assuming it's level 50 with my suggestion of which instance to run)

long story short, instances give crafting materials, missions give crafting stones

NOTE~~~~the first time you go through an instance it will be in normal difficulty and that will give you the lesser material, you will only want to forge the materials you get from the hard instance
