Hi my name is Jessica. I'm fairly new to this game but I loved it so I spent over $500

Today there is a new event called "Ultimate Weapon Library"

I decided to go to Quenching Fragments in UWL Event and decided to buy ( http://prntscr.com/7milks )


But guess what .-. ? I didnt get all of the rewards. for example what I wanted is the Level 7 spirit stone box and Hogu Convert Talisam x3


I bought it for these to and I didnt get them. please help?~ This is my first time in tech support section I'm expecting a lot :3

i don't think you get everything there...

pretty sure you only get one of them, not sure though

at your level, you shouldn't really be worrying about this event anyway i think

It clearly says: "Have a chance of getting one of the following reward", and not all of them at once

Next time, read carefully before you spend your gold

We all have made mistakes, and the games language is pretty flawed .... just be carefull how you spend in the future, try to check forums out on events you are interested in before you spend.Good luck , and hope you hold on to number 1 position

it literally says infront of your eyes "Have a chance of getting !ONE! of the following rewards"
