Skill:Attack all enemies, growth rate is 190%, randomly decrease 3 enemies fury by 10 points, cast silence on enemy support for 2 rounds, increase own support combo rate by 35% for 2 rounds, increase own and vanguard fury by 25 points.

Could you perhaps post all the calculations behind it so I can show my account partner? Add in the Zanpakuto and partners as well.
