People bought senbonzakura before the bug was released. If you were just planning to get stronger through a bug the only one who is gulty is you, not the dev who fixed it

Yes, but they knew if was a bug. Still 5 days before intending to remove it they "casually" put out zampakuto and partner that gets benefits from bug at discounted price so they collected money and then removed the bug after customer spend it. And for me it can be considered a fraud, they intended to do that and instead of simply removing a bug the take profit from it before doing so.
