Why? what did he do wrong?

he went to upgrade twice, the game already told him he is still in formation, cant upgrade, but he keep trying... then attempt to evolve him without knowing all he has to do is restart the game. etc etc... he is high level, but he isn't a smart one.

Lol, I think he's fairly knowledgeable about the game but just spaced out a little when he was upgrading him. He did mention that he was aware of needing to restart after upgrading in order to get mods and evo to carry over.
