Exactly, there is almost 0% chance that customer service would actually help whether or not the account was hacked or not. There are thousands of games exactly like this and I have seen 100s of posts on different forums about accounts getting hacked and almost no one has gotten their account back.
The only case I know is when someone forgets their password and if you provide a screenshot of your top ups than they may help you reset your password and since in gogames I think you can only change your password but not the original email, you should try to email customer service and provide them your top up screenshot (in fact my friend forgot his password once and was able to reset it after he provided the top up details).
And to be honest, if gogames doesnt help you in anyway the easiest thing you can do is contact the creditcard/debit company and cancel the charges. Than at the very least you will get your money back and/or gogames will freeze the account that used the top up.
Just stop sharing accounts with random people online and you can avoid all of this.
