so thats what it is. and thats how u get the universal fragment. so what is it equivalent to, 100 ...

1 universal fragment = 1 xxx modify fragment
you can use it to replace every partner's fragment
edit:
to replace gins 1848 fragments for example

Actually, it will be UBP... and you will not believe what they are releasing...
I'll upload a screenshot later.

On the Indo version of the game in their forums in the news thread (or at least I think it's the news thread) you can see the upcoming events. (I think it's the upcoming events.)
I'll get a screenshot an do some translations. Shouldn't be to hard considering that the UBP looks the same as ours.
