Sounds like this guy is not a good guild leader...
I run the Arrancar guild Mugetsu on US Server 10 ...
First of all I'm also a GL of Mugetsu too on US130
and our server is almost dead for shinigami's. TBH i wish we had a second merge soon so that i could get some strong shingami's to help me out. and about those type of people i never found any one who would fight me.
