From my point of view, if Nakai [the original owner] is proven that he wanted to sell the acc, which is prohibited by terms and conditions, YES the acc should be banned.

Zed should not get the acc EVEN if he did pay for it, because he also is in direct violation of the terms and conditions.

Nakai, even if he wanted to sell the acc, can be considered a scammer ONLY if he did get the money promised from the buyer. If he did not, Zed is the actual scammer, for trying to steal what is not his.

Justice... its a strong word, which u should not use, because from your posts, i can see u dont even understand the meaning of it.

and none of us are willing to trust him since he did make a screen at the forum saying people hacked his account instead of he sold the account and didnt get the money
