You're able to get the characters, after a few months (maybe 4 months +). Pick the one you like.

It decrease, similar with UN (10x = 104~107, not ten)...

btw is there a top 50 ranking kind of thing for cross server where if you are on the list you get extra stuff. and are there 3v3 cross server style on CN?

There is top 50 ranking, but there is no 3v3 cross server.

this is a wonderful guide , can i ask how do i "MOD" the characters in china server

from my experience S gives around 300-380 points - 40 hollow soul
SS gives around 400+ points - 50 hollow soul
SSS gives around 480-490 points- 60 hollow souls

Select Partner's Mod function on your upper right hand.


You will enter Partner's Mod interface, click modify your partner to modify the characters, click training dojo to grind for mats (mod pieces), and there is a button to make soul candy pill (basic and advance) in the bottom.


When you move your cursor to the star icon below character's avatar, you can preview their mod options


To modify your character, you need 3 mats: (Insert partner's name) mod pieces (e.g. Rukia mod pieces), Basic soul candy pill, and advance soul candy pill.


Training dojo (very similar with instances).
