nah the whole thing I was saying was referring to the guy talking about Kiri. I know the players I ran off was at least VIP 4, one that still logs on thinking he can take #1 from me time to time spent that I know of $100. I just find it funny that my friend got me VIP1 and it beats his $100

As you said, it's because you're more active than them.

In a tough competition, that usually isn't possible.

To give you an example, the 2nd guy on my Server has missed Ryoka today for the first time in the last two months... I suppose you can guess why I can tell.
