Hogyokus keep disappearing [Copy URL]

It happened me three times today and once yesterday. My equipped hogyoku just randomly disappears both from my equipped character and from my inventory.
Does anyone else have this problem?

just refresh your browser 2 times ... if that work congs!but if isnt...
