Talking about T1, I was thinking of going for a 1-1-3 formation with kisuke making T1 yoroichi and gin, that way I can stun supporters and assaulters in one turn.  This would be very solid because I'd be able to take on tough guys that don't have T1, though the only problem would be if the enemy has a T1 yoroichi, aizen or shini uruhara that is faster than my yoroichi.  But besides that, I don't see any other weaknesses in this formation.

Is this formation a good idea? 1-1-3 with T1 yoroichi and gin?

u need to be lucky, Physic is not common to get

Can be quite annoying. The first 3 times i needed psychic enchant, i got it in below 10 tries. But the last time wasted 150 green stones, till i tried to get it with white stones, coz i could get more daily. This worked then with 50 tries.
But since we got evo its a bit easyer to get certain crews to t1.

Can i ask ... where to get a primary fury and basic fury stones

12 green stones and 2 physic skills... I don't know how you people miss it lmao. I get them like 20% of the time and I just replace it with the Gold Stones for a better skill.
