I did not get reward !!!!

In anniversary Feast , i used my  5 free chances and got

5 *lvl 10 silver card , 1 lvl 1 wisdom stone , 10 Hogyuka spirits , 10 universal spirits N=and 1 soul talisman , But didnt get them . I also checked it in my backpack they were there . Plz tell if m missing or I am just Fuked up
