In what event should i waste 3k gold? Or should i just keep it?

yes it is that way i rented d rukia last time when was this event and still have her in partners tab even if i didn't buy her... and can buy her anytime i want

good  to know my friend just on thing though, can u re rent her for example now or whenever u feel like it or after the event is done u only have to pay the total rest in one go?
it could be awsome if u can keep decreasing the amount of payment bit by bit on the long term.

yes, but he's basically an upgraded version of tavern urahara with a chance to stun but without the additional initial fury that makes urahara so good in the first place. He's a good partner to have but you could do better with 20k gold at least in my opinion.

yes after u pay all the gold required for her u will get her permanently ... i dont understund what u mean by free :-?

so if i rent isshin for 7 days and then repeat that until i spent 10k gold renting him, i get him permanently?
