no u can rent her by day/ week also u dont have to pay all in one go

damn!! that's too good to be true since if i'm not mistaken u can keep renting the partner even after the end of this actual event right?

Guys jesus it's simple:
If you rent a partner for at least one day, you can buy him permanently whenever you want. Even after the event. The price will be [(full cost of permanent leash) - (what you have spent on renting)]. After a partner expires (if you rent for a day or whatever), you keep him as a partner, but you can't put him in formation or use him for anything. Then you can select him from the partners tab and underneath thw equipment will be a line saying how much time you have remaining to use him. Next to that is a "+" you can click to buy him. EVEN AFTER THE EVENT IS OVER.
So if you want you can just rent everyone so you can hire them if you ever choose to. When they are inactive they will take up partner space though, so keep that in mind.
