Better way to spend gold

Hello everyone.
Some time ago I topped-up 50$ (VIP 4) and know I have 2.4k gold and I don't want to spend it randomly. In my server i'm like the 30th place (EU S92) and I wan't to be at least top 15/10 (It's one of my objectives) I'm level 89 , waiting for level 90 to recruit Ulquiorra.. Can you please give me some tips to get stronger? I already thought in Star Wishes but I never saw it more :C Give me your opinions please , thank you!

10 or 15 is really pushing it, like really pushing.
To get stronger though id' say you should get either a lvl 80 ultimate set or just agi/wisdom stones for your main or Yoruichi/Harribel  to disable your enemies

The relampago set should be sorta cheap from reio.
Since it shows up tons of time you can just try to win against the first enemy and use gold to auto beat the other 2, since you only need 12  it's 12x120 = 1440gold

On the other hand if you wanna go for a lvl 90 set from the Slot machine you can usually get 1 free piece per event so you can try and use the leftover gold from buying the relampago set to get a set from slot machine

Relampago is pretty good until lvl 100 or 110 depending on your interpretation of those sets
