i got to lvl 10 evolution but i got only the lvl 9 stats ...

pretty sure you have to get all those items to be lvl 10

you need to get all the items in the icons to get all the boosts

after you complete all the items and click evolve you'll get the bonuses ._. i figured that while hmmmmmmmmmmm evolving sado .... but yeah your Nozarashi kenpachi should be the same
