Agree.. for you it might seem stupid. For others not so much. As I always say, if you enjoy the game or whatever else and can afford it without getting into financial problems, go for it..
In my opinion buying art like pictures or sculptures is a bigger waste of money. Most rich ppl are buying it simply because thats what ppl like them do and have no idea about its true value and all it is good for is being somewhere in the hall where few ppl will look at it, same with super expensive old liquor. I really doubt that most of those ppl will feel any noticable difference between wine for 100$ and 10000$ Atleast you can find some pleasure in this game while spending a ton like getting favourite characters and beating everyone with them...
