was this a quick sketch out or full fledged drawing? If its a full, then vast improvements are to be made ^^ Always add tone of vertical shades to 'enlighten' a dark character. also fades could be adjusted within areas such as the head (mostly dimming from the left side on most drawings).

It's good dont worry, but still, you should focus on the actual 'skeleton' of the character, make sure that the physique is right (if you want to take it seriously ^^), on this, it seems like the head/arm shape is too tainted on a natural head/arm of a human (reminds me of red skull).

If necessary, i could show drawings from myself where i can mention such adjustments? ^^
