Which one is a better Vanguard?
By that i mean Which one is a better 'Tank'  Good attack and even better Defense?

Currently i have LV 96

Rangiku Matsumoto Battle power = 96689) Fully modified, lv 7 Evolution,  Treasures: , lv 6 Kyoraku Clan seal ( attack),  lv 4 Kyoraku clan family crest ( kido), Lv 6 Ukitake clan building (stamina) lv 6 Ukitake Clan wing-step. Spirit Stone:  Lv 1, 9 strength,  Lv 8 stamina, lv 3,8 hit, lv 1,2, 3, 7 critical stamina, lv 4, 6 break defense. Lv 1 block, Lv 1 dodge

Golden Ichigo Kurosaki  Battle power = 102732) Fully modified, Lv5 evolution, Treasures: lv 4 Ryodoji clan seal(attack) ,  lv 3 Ryodoji clan family crest(kido) , lv 3 Ryodoji clan building(stamina), lv 5 Shiba Clan Wing-Step.(speed)  Spirit Stone: lv 8 strength,  lv 5 stamina, lv 2,5 hit lv 2,6 Critical hit, Lv 5 Break defense

Chad Sato Battle Power = 74792)  Fully Modified, Lv 6 Evolution, Treasures: lv 5 Kyoraku Clan seal (attack),  Lv 3 Kyoraku clan family crest(kido) ,  Lv 5 Ukitake Clan Building(stamina) , Lv 5 Ukitake Clan Wing Step(speed) Spirit Stone: Lv 6 stamina, Lv 4 block, Lv 4 Counter ( use to have lv 7 counter and 7 dodge and 7 block but traded that up for lv 8 counter and 8 dodge and 8 block for main)

Yoruichi Shihoin Battle Power = 100952) Fully modified Lv 5 evolution, Treasures:  Lv 5 Shiba Clan Seal ( attack)  Lv 5 Shiba clan family crest ( kido), lv 3 Ryodoji clan building (stamina)  Lv 1 Ishida clan wing step ( speed)  Spirit Stone: Lv 1,3, 8 Agility, Lv 2, 4,5,8 Wisdom, lv 4 Stamina, Lv 6 Hit, lv 5 critical , lv 3 block, lv 2 break defense

with the stones u got u should go for starrk, get a good zanpakuto for him like senbon or hyorinmaru + its kinda late to get vgs from lvl 70 tavern

Stark if you have +0% Zanpakuto.
Reason: it becomes an extra Assaulter with higher HP in your VG slot with a skill that hits all enemies.
Dogman if you use Kazeshini or Zabimaru.
Reason: Super Tanky, the best F2P VG until Lv110.

If I have +0% Zanpakuto? I have all zanpakuto's that one gets by leveling up, all with bankai, but not hogu bankai, I do not have the shop or event zanpakuto's as I don't really spend gold and strike out a lot at the Jaken event with squad 0 I never even can manage the 12 points for the equipment guy

Starrk of course but you have to take Sajin till Starrk. Otherwise you'll have hard times on the way buddy

I would do so
Change formation to 2-2-1
1. Rangiku Matsumoto -> Byakuya
2. Golden Ichigo Kurosaki -> Barragan
only then buy Stark
in pve use 2-3-0, сhange the tank on assaulter
