i can tell you the status effects, i'm pretty sure i have the skill memorized

attack all enemies, growth rate 190%, increase ally vanguard and self fury by 25, increase combo rate by 100% for ally supports, silence enemy supporters, decrease 3 random enemies fury by 10

Battle reports on the gogames version have been broken for about a week now. It's happened before and it usually fixes itself after a certain amount of time.
