Is it to late for Sajin at this point?

I'm going to hit lvl 100 tomoro, nd m geting sajin now coz i dont think i'l go for stark at the moment. i need to have Gin for hueco mundo and CSB, so its not too late for anything. Its just your choice what you wish for. and m saving up for lvl 110 tavern to get ichigo instead
I use a 122 formation, with main and kenny, yachirou and for supp, i got shihoin nd kisuke. and i get till lvl 51 in ryoka with out a vg, but from there the trouble starts
i need some vg who can withstand the attack, so i suppose its ok to opt for sajin. my pve formation is, main, ikaku, kenny, kisuke and rukia(T1) i almost get to use skill every single chance

210k bp at lvl 81????my brother is lvl 68 and bp 294k,he's even stronger
