That is impossible. Beacause there is no strong gear below lv 50

Lv1 Ultimate set is better then Lv50 Purple Set,
but Lv1 Ultimate set is worse then lv50 Gold Set.and by worse, its only around 500 all stats diff and 1000HP.
Most people use the Lv1 Set until Lv70 and save their Soul Hunt Points for 1 Lv70 Red Set and dump all other Soul points at Lv80 Red Set until Lv100

You're contradicting what you're saying...
there's no way a F2P Lv61 can i have 423k BP with Balrog sets for all partners.
UNLESS you've played for over 1 year, never done any events that gives EXP like Ryoka and ES, and been Vit Banking and using your vit on Vit events like UBP and Seireitei Attack.

You can get the Lv40 Relampago set from the Anniversary Event with the points which can be gained with the equal amount of gold spent.
The Relampago set is 4000 points.

Mine is 27k BP at Lv62, i'm VIP1 (just for better prizes) and Lv31 Reiatsu.
1 Formation Build for easy HM and Vit Banking Build for future UBP Partner and Spirit Stones.
my account is 35 days old.

Hmmm I don't know what to say..although I have all spirit forged lv 50 equipment for my whole formation(really a waste) but I had no choice my server is filled with beasts

i know what you mean...
the privileges of 1 Formation and early vit banking is that i only need to upgrade my main and give up being competitive, and also, have an edge of getting more HM points to unlock quicker or more SWP partners then anyone else in my server. And my saved up vit will eventually give me free Spirit Stones and S rank (or higher) zanpakuto or Partners when the appropriate event starts.but the downfall, is that i won't be getting much EXP and Silver from events, lvling speed decreased and weaker then the competitive regular F2P players in server.
