Hakuteiken Byakuya vs Shura Kenpachi PVE

Hey guys, I was looking at the CSB partners and I was wondering which of these 2 would be best for PVE? Seeing as their growth rate is equal in everything the only thing that's different between them is their skill and their talent. Now Byakuya's talent increases agility and gives him 10% damage rate while Kenpachi's talent gives him increased strength and 10% damage rate so on that topic, Kenpachi is the best. Kenpachi's skill also does the most damage (350%) but it lowers the enemy's break defense, which doesn't really matter in PVE events, it also gives him 20 fury but that only matters if you have a partner like Kisuke or Rukia. Byakuya's skill, on the other hand, does 170% damage but gives a 100% combo rate for 1 round so he would be using his skill a lot more and he would just attack more in general. Now I wonder, who would be best to use in PVE events like ryoka?

break def does matter, with 50% block you'll usually double or triple block once ken skills

this really shouldnt even be a question

Shura Kenpachi doesn't give block rate at all, only the minus break defense. And besides, there are a lot of debuffs that do not work on ryoka and evil spirit, who says debuffing break defense works? I haven't tried it

basically decreasing their break defense means your increasing your block

and it does

Hakuteiken Byakuya
First of all, I think your has 100% Combo Rate (extra attack) confused.
For example: if you main has 100% combo rate buff, during his next turn when main tries to attack, instead of him attacking, a fellow Assaulter with the highest AGI other then your main will attack/skill first, then your main attacks, and after, main attacks (loses the 100% combo buff) and your Assaulter with the highest AGI performs its attacking turn like normal again. This also explains why 100% combo rate doesn't work without a partner.
Reason why i would pick Hakuteiken Byakuya over Shura Kenpachi's beast %Growth Rate skill is cause:
Rukia+Urahara = 100 fury self and 50 Fury to others per turn
Hakuteiken Byakuya = 1 extra attack for main
Main = 1 extra attack to Byakuya (with 8th skill)
1 more Assaulter with lower AGI then Main and Hakuteiken Byakuya so that it doesn't get the extra attack.

1 extra attack = 50 Fury

Basicly, every turn your entire party will be using skills except for 5th partner, unless it gives self Fury 50 or more.

So with the strategy you present to me I can get for example Pantera Grimmjow from SWP and use my skill every single turn with every single character, plus Grimmjow decreases defense so it would be even more damage
