Should i modify Rukia full?

Hey guys.. Idk if i should modify rukia to 4 stars.. I need for pve yes.. And i use a 2-3-0 formation / Rukia, Kisuke, Main, Ikkaku, Renji (change with 90).. I wanna do the max dmg.. ^^

If you have yet to unlock Kisuke definitely. I would recommend using both of them in fact until you can get a better support.

I wouldn't recommend wasting your silver upgrading her if your team can't get 100 Fury on the first turn with Rukia and Urahara attacking first.
Rukia + Urahara last mod for +20 fury is for only those that have 12 Lv5 Fury Stones, 3 Lv5 Fury Stones 15 Lv4 Fury Stones.
6 Lv5 Fury stones for Rukia + last mod = 100 Fury
6 Lv5 Fury stones for Urahara + last mod = 100 Fury
1 Lv5 Fury stone and 5 Lv4 Fury stone for main = 100 Fury (if Rukia and Urahara attacks first)
1 Lv5 Fury stone and 5 Lv4 Fury stone for Ikkaku = 100 Fury (if Rukia and Urahara attacks first)
1 Lv5 Fury stone and 5 Lv4 Fury stone for Renji = 100 Fury (if Rukia and Urahara attacks first)
^that's already the most economical way to divide your Fury stones
If you don't have enough Fury Stones, then don't bother with the last mod right now, cause it will not change your damage AT ALL, and instead, you'll just be wasting your silver on early upgrades, where you can use your silver for more damage such as reiatsu.
