Speed deduction

Ok, before i upgraded my yoruichi shiba clan wing step, her bp was in the 80k then after i upgraded it to level 4 her bp dropped to 79k....did an update happen at that time, or is shiba clan wing step bugged? i was counting on that speed to beat rank 3 in csb but now i lost speed -.-

Did you check everything? mod souls, zanpakuto, accessory etc? It's easy to miss something that makes you lose speed.

yea i checked, didnt seem like anything was missing, ill have to see if it is the treasure after i get the next one up to lvl 4
