well these i tried
main - 0%
main - 13% (not less than 10%)
main - 100%

with and without zanpakuto
with 4 and 3 partners
with main alone

still no luck lol. will try more combos wen free

okay, so whats the phase 1 effect for?

Phase 1 effect gives the specific buff said down on the "skill-icon" or how to speak.. Basically for me I have Sogyo no Kotowari, and I assume this only synchs with specific partners, so for me it is Jushiro Ukitake receiving 5% kido at the end of each round, but you have to fulfill the requierment for Phase 1 effect, which is enchanting each attribute value to lvl 10 so basically physical,kido,hp lvl 10 to unlock the bonus skill
