Lol he wasn't. Angelus used to be equal to me so we figured you guys would be at least similar in power. But from what it sounds like Angelus must have quit or something because I don't think his bp has gone up at all since I last saw him a month ago in csb

angelus has stopped spending after he got white ichigo, he hasn't spent even 5$, thats why his bp isnt going up
