here's the first new one.

Hiring Requirements 1500 shin shikai ichigo coupons and 2000 gold reishi and vip 1. needed lvl is 115(i believe aizens is 110 so )
Talent: increases Strength and Agility by a certain percent and naturally has 10% Damage rate
Skill: attacks enemy Vanguard and assaulter growth rate is 180% increases own assaulter's crit rate and break defense rate by 20% while decreasing enemy speed by 20%
Strength Growth rate:3.8
Agility Growth rate:4
Wisdom Growth rate:3.5
Stamina Growth rate:3.6

Mod 1:Add Extra HP by 10%
Mod 2:increases Break Def by 10%... can surpass 90 max limit
Mod 3:Add Extra Attack by 8%
Mod 4:Add 12% extra speed
Mod 5:Immune to void
Mod 6:chance of decreasing enemy speed by 4% when attacked.

so. i hope no one really has a problem with him cuz look at all the other's mods. it has extra speed mods to lol. i thought long and hard on him. since he's super war power his skill is something different. New bankai ichigo will be up soon. with a few extra things in his skill.

I like it but isnt the speed reduction on his skill a little too much? Maybe tune it down to around 12-15%? Thats just my personal opinion though I really like this character over all though

Talent: Increase massive force and agility. Naturally has 30%agility talent, 20%damage rate and 20%avoid injury rate.
When this partner in formation, decrease enemy avoid injury rate and speed by 10% respectively.
Immune to silence,void and stun.

Skill: Death Vision
Description: Attack all with growth rate 200% with bleed debuff for 120% damage rate and clear own team from enemy debuff.
Give self and support 50% aid rate for 1round. Has 70% chance to cause chaos debuff for 2rounds and reduce whole enemy fury by 20.
Recover sell 68fury and generate 30 fury for whole allies.
This attack cannot miss.

Mod:
1.increase 15%agi
2.immune to fury deduction/drain/restriction
3.increase 15%agi
4.increase avoid injury rate by 10%
5.when hp less than 35% has 50% chance to cause double attack
6.can revive once after fainted immediately with 30%hp and full fury.
