Umm other than making issh permanent the rest is really up to you. Might be a good idea to try and get some good hogu for your partners. And naw I don't have skype or anything. Honestly even being active on a forum like this is a first for me. I'm usually pretty reclusive XD

Mind to ask what so good about Tenza? I have one but i cant see the advantages of having him. mayb i dont have any good partner yet. No speed for assaulter and no dmg for support. Is he good for PVE?

his fortify gives white ichigo true shikai demon ichigo and mugetsu real nice buffs. and he hits all enemies for alot of dmg on his attack.
