i meant to vote for tensa, though i clicked it, but yeah Tensa is definitely the overall better choice to get. You could argue its dependant on what your formation is and your current zanpakuto, but if you're using a f2p zanpakuto, definitely switch to Tensa, even than, Tensa is definitely better
