those damage % are minimal... you can get it much easier somewhere else...
bond is not just about the respective partner's attribute, its also about getting one partner to get the later bond attributes if they already have partner 2 and 3.
12% phy atk rate is not minimal. if one is getting bond fragments to do it, then why not do it?
so b.rukia users would want to get him for ultimate lease. i wouldnt be shocked if he cost 400g for one day
