yes.

you need supports to be faster than you assaulter even when they have the 25% speed applied otherwise they will not attack first

ok chill, dont synth any of ur agi stones cos of this confusion. take em all out agi stones, agi accessories, agi hogyokus. then give highest only to support, keep the rest in backpack. then check the speed. basically senbon looks like a assaulter friendly zanp. making ur supports go faster will be tough. as ur assaulters will get extra 25% speed from what brah mentioned.

to reduce 25% speed from stones itself u will need to remove around 2 lvl 10 agi stones( i was doing some calc a week back if i remember)

I have another problem. How do you get green enchant stones. I had psychic on my supports weapon and calculated I had enough fury to actually use shinso T1. But I accidentally enchanted over it and I have no green enchant stones left.

Anyone know how to get more? If I can get psychic back on it I can use shinso gin

Over 80/100 lvl I don't remember which, the only way is Soul Hunt and some Events

Thanks. Didn't realize they were in soul hunt. I just used 70 and it didn't come up once tho lol

Last time i used about 100-120 and never got psychic, lol. I know how frustrating it can be Tho I got it on my alt with the 2nd one. Gonna start farming again as soon as I get my SWP aizen lv 9 evo, +9 fury from them both is a pretty cheap t1
edit: What's the cheapest price we can get Zangetsu?
