Making Isshin wouldn't work because then no one else would have T1. The formation would have to go shinso then sexy, or sexy then shinso. But I want to keep the support as the first attack because the rest of the team skilling will still require shinso to attack before isshin. So why not have shinso go before sexy as he has the better skill attack?

I'd like to eventually replace sexy a year or so from now when I build up more fury stones. Possibly with another assaulter like white ichigo or mugetsu if they come to UBP (as I'd like to keep 3 assaulters in collaboration with isshins skill). Or CSB Aizen

I think Senbon is the best choice here, Gin is naturally a fast partner, it should be easy to make him attack 1st... just look at his stats and his Talent

Does your support attack first? Because that's hard to pull off with Senbonzakura.

Not begging at all. Just saying if they were to eventually crop up months or a year from now it'd benefit my future vision for my team. I'm all about that long game.

Shinso is a speed demon and I'm not worried at all about being able to maintain his speed advantage over my assaulter line. If I can do it with Kisuke (which I currently am) I can do it with shinso lol.

I should also note that since getting senbon, even though I've had to remove agility stones from my assaulters and reoragnize. My overall team is much faster.

Yes. But my support will be shinso gin when next reio comes and I'm not worried about keeping him faster.
I could have sexy yoru attack first, but I don't see the point when everyone elses skill still requires shinso to attack before them
